Operating Model
I work on an access retainer basis. I have 4 (four) slots available with a minimum contract duration of 6 months, to allow for sufficient time to impact. Our agreement gives you access to my services, expertise and time when you need them.

Onboarding
I start by thoroughly assessing your current situation through deep-dive sessions. These sessions help me understand your business, technology stack, team structure, and most pressing challenges. We then collaborate to define clear objectives, establish success metrics, and develop a tailored engagement plan. This initial phase takes 2-3 weeks depending on your availability, during which I meet key stakeholders and identify both quick wins and longer-term strategic initiatives.
Delivery
During the delivery phase, I work with your team as an active, operating contributor - not just an advisor. This includes leading team meetings, conducting one-on-one sessions, collaborating with product & engineering teams, working with stakeholders, and driving strategic planning. We maintain clear communication through regular check-ins, monthly metric reviews, and quarterly strategic workshops to stay focused on the most impactful opportunities.
Wrapping up
Toward the end of our engagement, we'll focus on transferring knowledge and ensuring lasting progress. I'll document essential learnings, established processes, and recommendations for the future. Together, we'll measure outcomes against our original objectives and spot areas needing further attention. We can discuss either extending our work together or shifting to a lighter role if needed. Or simply stop the collaboration when the value/impact equation has bottomed out.
