Who Am I

I’m Steven Noels, an experienced B2B SaaS operator and software company founder. I help companies succeed on their dreams, vision and strategy: build the teams & product they need for the customers they deserve, create value for shareholders and prepare for the next stage in the journey.

I work with growth-focused B2B SaaS scale-ups and their investors. I have experience with both VC- and PE-backed companies, and M&A transactions both sell- and buy-side.

My key area of interest is the shift from SaaS to Service-as-Software.
